Workout Spotlight: MixxedFit
I discovered MixxedFit® at the B.Fit B.Fab studio in the Olympia mall. I didn't know quite what to expect, but basically it was like a dance-club experience on a Sunday afternoon - which was perfect timing to get me pumped up for the Seahawks game. Dance moves include squats, arm toning exercises, lunges, and leg lifts.
