I know how it is to be a young athlete who isn’t fueled properly.
Coaches always on your back to get stronger, but you aren’t sure how to get there. Getting sick all the time. Skipping breakfast, eating a cafeteria or fast food lunch, and perhaps not eating again until after practice – making it a grueling workout that you barely have enough energy to get through. You have a hard time focusing in school and at practice, are always sore, and have a slow recovery following an injury. (If you are like me, you maybe don’t even realize you have these issues… until you eat correctly and the fog clears!)

So I created this program so you can learn all of this in just eight weeks!
How it works:
We will meet via web chat for five, 45-minute sessions (every other week) where we will review your goals, discuss how your previous two weeks went (after implementing a focus and tracking food intake), go over a topic of the day, and make a plan for the next two weeks. You also have the option of adding on personal training (virtual through Trainerize), which can be discussed during our first session.
What you will learn:
- What to eat and how much in regards to protein, carbohydrates and fats that are unique to you, your sport, your goals, and if you are in or out of season.
- What foods to eat to make sure you get the vitamins and minerals you need to be boost your immune system and stay healthy.
- The differences of eating out of season vs. in season.
- How processed foods and sugar can affect training and recovery.
- One-on-one health coaching for five 45-minute zoom sessions (every other week).
- A journal for goal-setting, tracking food, and more.
- A copy of my book, The Athlete After: A 10-Week Guide to Balancing Life After Sports, to help prepare for the future.
